It has always bothered me that Trump seemed so beholden to Putin. I think the reason is that Putin does have the goods on Don. I think videos do exist of him in very embarrassing positions.
The use of that kind of leverage is not new. For many years people in power have used leverage by any means. Call it blackmail or whatever name that you want to call it.
Why else would this enormous amount of clearly unlawful behavior be happening?
He knows that he is in the Epstein files, as the photos, emails, and letters prove that he is lying when he says he wasn’t involved. The long trail of evidence of his behavior cannot be denied. Jeff had the goods on Don, and he knows it.
I see a desperate person, knowing his days are limited and soon ending, behaving as though his only desire left in life is to leave his mark on the world.
He wants to be heralded as something he is not, and will never be, a good leader and decent human being. That is why he is so damned focused on winning the Nobel Peace Prize. He wants a trophy and global recognition for doing things he thinks justifies the award, with no idea that lies and actions do not support him winning it.
I think he is hiding his actual current medical condition, hoping that the conditions can be treated long enough for him to do what he wants to do, regardless of that being lawful of not.
He knows he will be impeached after the mid-terms, as the make up of Congress is flipped. His power will soon be neutered, and the next dilemma will be whether the Supreme Court and Military leaders will side with his demands or with Congressional law.
History will divulge the truth.
